This is one of our unique service offerings, suitable for clients who manage their own recruitment but require assistance with screening and short-listing of suitable candidates. We’ll streamline your recruitment process, particularly for high-volume hiring, with a focus on finding suitable candidates, eliminating irrelevant applicants, and accurately assessing their capabilities in order to improve the quality of your hiring decisions.
We have the technology, capacity, and expertise to handle the end-to-end process.

Response Handling Options

Option 1 / Collection
R5 000-00 (Excl Vat)

  1. Receive CVs electronically
  2. Renaming and saving all candidate information onto a USB
  3. Courier/Deliver to clients

Limited to 100 CVs per post thereafter R10 per CV processed

Expected Timeframe:
2 Working Days Per Position After Receipt

Option 2 / Longlist
R5 500-00 (Excl Vat)

  1. Receive CVs electronically
  2. All applicant details are recorded on a generic database as per client’s requirements
  3. CVs alphabetically sorted according to the list (renamed)
  4. Upon delivering of the summary schedule an equity report will be submitted on total applications received

Limited to 100 CVs per post thereafter R10 per CV processed

Expected Timeframe:
2 Working Days Per Position After Receipt

Option 3 / Shortlist
R8 000-00 (Excl Vat)

  1. Receive CVs or collect from one (1) central point (including unsolicited)
  2. Screening and shortlisting of applications in accordance with criteria and suitability rating
  3. Recording applicant details on a generic database (as per client requirements)
  4. All CVs accepted and regretted to be batched according to the Client’s specification
  5. Delivery of screened CVs to the client
  6. Upon delivering of final short-listed CVs, an equity report will be submitted on total applications received

Optional at an additional cost:
Regretting unsuccessful candidates electronically

Limited to 100 CVs per post thereafter R30 per CV processed

Verification checks will be for an additional charge – Annexure B
