I would like to take a moment to thank Rene for her exceptional support and service. I was experiencing technical challenges with submissions on a couple of claims. I contacted Rene and she was very helpful and supportive to get my claims submitted, although it was after hours and at the beginning of a long weekend. Thank you very much Rene – YOU ARE A STAR!

Oliver has been incredible with new hires and getting their laptops set up. I cannot express how helpful he has been and how he is constantly willing to jump in to assist the new and existing employees – not only was he an incredible host to Aaron when he arrived in November from London but has willingly taken on a pseudo IT set up role since Aaron left. Without having IT onsite in Cape Town, Oliver has been a huge asset, willing to take on new employee set up without question, and I can’t express enough how much I appreciate him. Oliver does so much for us, he is an absolute rock star, and I would just like to recognize him for it.

Zandile has played a huge role in ensuring a smooth recruitment process whenever she has provided us with candidates. She has been very prompt in attending to our business in terms of sourcing candidates and taking on candidates onto JorDan’s payroll. She is extremely efficient in providing information when needed. Our recruitment process can take long but she doesn’t give up – her resilience is much appreciated. I am so grateful with how she values us as her client, and the amount of patience she has. Carole has excellent communication skills with a flair for relationship building with everyone she deals with. She is always willing to assist with all queries and has a lovely approachable and warm personality. It is really a pleasure working with her.

Haidee is an integral part of Jordan, in fact Haidee is synonymous with JorDan. I have only had wonderful experiences dealing with a very competent lady. I have communicated with Haidee early hours of the morning and late at night, needing an urgent Locum, and true as Bob, without any effort, Haidee delivers. Haidee never complains and stays connected all the time and keeps me up to date with developments. This communication makes our relationship special. Haidee is an absolute gem and deals with the stresses, which I am sure, she has many dealing with grumpy Pharmacists who are constantly stressed, with such aplomb.
